After spending more than a decade in real estate and working with contractors in building industries, Muhammad Khan and Raja Uppuluri saw a unique opportunity to start a premium building brand that offered contemporary design and construction to clients looking for a high quality, unique custom homes. Rather than offering the market another building solution, A&R Developments became one of the first in the market to offer expert design services in-house to work in perfect harmony with a high-quality build.

These high-quality building standards still exist today after years of cultivating and nurturing a group of high-quality tradespeople and suppliers that embrace the AR Developments culture of quality, reliability, and performance.

You’re the main event

At A&R Developments we build a small number of new homes each year to ensure we maintain the level of personal service and quality you would expect from a luxury brand. When you build with us you will be taken care of by your own personal team of highly experienced and qualified people including a project manager who will coordinate the design and construction of your home. You will have a personal site supervisor who will program and supervise the construction, and a site foreman who will be our eyes and ears on-site at all times during the build. You will have access to each of your team to help you keep track of the progress at any time.
With a dedicated team, we can achieve a much smoother and faster construction phase of your home and are just a phone call away. Any questions or queries are answered immediately and a seamless and smooth build is achieved.
